											No Bake Sand Casting
											- on Sep. 27, 2012

No Bake is a casting process that
uses chemical binders to bond the
molding sand. The sand is then
transported to the mold fill station
in preparation for filling of the
mold. A mixer is then used to blend
sand with the chemical binder and
											the catalyst.

											EN-GJS-400-18 Ductile Iron
											- on Sep. 26, 2012

This grade has tensile strength min.
400 Mpa, yield strength min. 250 Mpa,
elongation min. 18%. The matrix of
this grade is fully ferritic with
											high ductility and impact strength,
											which guarantees use at temperatures
											down to minus 20.

											Cast Iron Pricing Experience
											- on Sep. 18, 2012

Some buyers are confused about cast
											iron pricing issues, especially to
gray iron and ductile iron. Pricing
iron castings is a complex work,
											which needs experience and learning
											about the materials, production
											processes and some price
											information.

											Resin Coated Sand, Casting and
											Production - on Sep.
											13, 2012

Resin coated sand is a main
											production material for sand
											castings. Actually, there are two
types of resin coated sands. One is
furan resin coated sand, another is
											pre-coated phenolic resin sand.

											Shell Molding Process VS Green
											Sand Casting - on
											Sep. 06, 2012

As for some complex or thin wall
											thickness castings, we often
suggested our customers to use shell
											molding casting process, instead of
											green sand casting process. However,
											some customers were confused about
											their difference, advantages and
											disadvantages.

											Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron
											Grades, Properties, Composition,
											Microstructure, Density and Castings
											- on Sep. 03, 2012

Spheroidal graphite cast iron can be
short as S.G. cast iron, and also
can be called as ductile iron, or
											nodular graphite iron. Therefore, SG
cast iron has completely same grades
											and all mechanical and chemical
											properties as ductile iron.
