Dandong Foundry has produced various casted cradle bracket of cylinder for truck and trailer over 20 years, including triangle bracket, small and large cradle bracket, body bracket etc.

We use automatic molding line and shell molding production processes to guarantee the high quality of ductile iron cradle brackets of cylinder with the lowest production costs.

In the past, many clients manufactured these cradle brackets by steel bending and welding, or by steel castings, 20 years ago, our dandong foundry started to produce them by ductile iron casting process, and get great success. The high quality cast iron cradle brackets could replace the traditional fabrication process, with much lower prices and high production rate.

Casting Production

1. Automatic Molding

The automatic molding line can perform the molding process automatically, only need one worker to operate the machine. This production method is suitable for producing seeding points, seeding knives, plow bracket etc.

2. Shell Molding

Shell molding casting process will use pre-coated resin sand as the main molding materials, which could produce for very complex castings, so it is suitable for producing seeding boots and other complex tillage and seeding cast iron parts.

3. Machining

Our foundry has our own machining workshop, in the past 20 years, we imported various advanced CNC centers and machining equipment, so we could complete all machinig works for cradle brackets before shipment.
