We have produced many ductile iron auto parts by sand casting process.
Ductile cast iron is often used to produce the parts with complex stress, high strength, good toughness and wear resistance, such as auto parts, tractor parts, internal combustion engine parts, etc.
Ductile cast iron is used in three main parts of automobiles:
(1) Engine components;
(2) Gear and bushing;
(3) Vehicle suspension, brake and steering device.
