Our Dandong Foundry is producing the grey cast iron foundation plates with the unit weight from 100 to 500kg.
The surface of the rough castings shall not be covered with sand, and any part of the grey cast iron foundation plate is not allowed to be repaired.
After heat treatment, our foundry will do finish machining to the foundation plates, and polish top and bottom surfaces by the flat grinder.
No shrinkage porosity, deformation or other defects are allowed on the foundation plate casting surface.
In order to inspect the shrinkage porosity in the interior of the grey cast iron foundation plates, our quality inspector will use ultrasonic flaw detector to inspect these plates.
