The flat square gully grating is normally made by ductile iron EN-GJS-500-7. For long term usage, we recommend our clients choose cast iron gully gratings rather than other material.
Square gully gratings for many applications
Gully gratings and frames, can be used for pavement, parking, main road, highway, airport, dock, industrial estate and so on. For different application, choose different loading ability.
Loading class and applications
For gully gratings loading class, there are 6 different class according to EN124 standard, it is A15, B125, C250, D400, E600, F900. Different loading class means different application.

Class A15 — covers and gratings capable of withstanding a 15kN test load.

Class B125 — covers and gratings capable of withstanding a 125kN test load.

Class C250 — covers and gratings capable of withstanding a 250kN test load.

Class D400 — covers and gratings capable of withstanding a 400kN test load.

Class E600 — covers and gratings capable of withstanding a 600kN test load.

Class F900 — covers and gratings capable of withstanding a 900kN test load.
