Dandong Foundry produces cast iron retractor counter weights with black powder coating.
If the cast iron counterweight casting has the mold shift defect, not only the plastic wheel installation will be affected, but also the casting dimension will be out of tolerance. So the cast iron counterweight with the mold shift defect must be discarded.
After machining, the cast iron counterweight will be coated by black power coating. The coating of the cast iron counterweight should be thick and uniform, without bubbles or blank exposure.
After the coating of the cast iron counterweight is completely dry, our foundry workers will assemble the cast iron counterweight, stainless steel screws and plastic accessories together.
