FNG80-2 is a ductile cast iron material grade in Belgium standard NBN 830-02, which is normally used for cast parts of high strength and hardness.
For example, cutter heads, pinions, cast parts of high abrasion load, e.g. rabbles, worm wheel segments for construction machines.

According to the standard NBN 830-02, the cast iron foundries could adjust the chemical composition by themselves as long as the mechanical and physical properties of the castings could meet the requirements in standards.
