Cast iron dust collector tube and cast iron vane are the parts of the large hot water boilers.
The inside and surface of the dust collector tube shall be polished to be smooth, and there must be no shrinkage porosity, sand hole, blow-hole or other defects.
The top edge of the dust collector tube should be smooth and flat, and the wall thickness should be uniform. The bottom flange of the dust collector tube should have even edges and R radius.
The surface of the cast iron vane should also be polished to be smooth without any defects.
After machining, the cast iron dust collector tube and vane will be coated by black antirust primer. The paint should be thick to avoid rusting.
