Dandong Foundry is producing various ductile iron brackets, cast iron clevis mount, end mount, hydraulic cylinder head, hydraulic car brackets and supports for truck, crane and forklift.

A hydraulic cylinder, also called a linear hydraulic motor, is a mechanical actuator that is used to give a unidirectional force through a unidirectional stroke. It has many applications, such as engineering machinery, lifting and conveying machinery, mining machinery, and metallurgical machinery etc.

We produced them by automatic molding lines, and also machine molding process. All these are sand casing processes, so their quality is good, and price is much cheaper than cast steel castings. Ductile iron is a good alternative option to replace cast steel clevis mount and end mount parts.

We recommend to produce these hydraulic cylinder brackets by ductile iron material grade 500-7 and 600-3. However, our foundry could produce all grades from 400 to 700.
