BS 2789 1985 Standard for
Nodular Iron
This is a UK standard for stipulating the
physical properties of nodular iron,
which is also called as ductile iron,
spheroidal graphite or nodular graphite
cast iron, This standard has been
replaced by BS EN 1563 1997.
This standard is similar with the other
standards for nodular iron such as
ASTM A536
in USA, GB
T1348 in China,
KS D4302
in Korea, DIN
1693 in Germany and
ISO 1083.
