Our Dandong Foundry use the process of green sand molding to produce ductile iron base. The ductile Iron Base is the accessories of mining excavator.
The upper surface of the ductile iron base shall be machined, without blank leakage or unevenness.
The quality inspection department of our foundry will make a set of inspection tools to check if the positions of the machined holes are qualified.
After machining, the ductile iron bases will be coated by black bright alkyd paint. The paint must be dried off completely before packaging.
