New Foundry Plant, Cast Iron Factory

Dandong Foundry is building a new cast iron factory in the nearby of our old foundry plant. The total investment is 56.7 million USD. The total foundry plant is about 45333 square meters. Main buildings include office, multiple-use building, sand foundry workshop, machining workshop etc.

The main iron casting equipments include large electric furnaces, two FBO automatic molding lines (sand flask size 510*610mm), and one large static pressure molding line (sand flask size 800*1000mm). Moreover, we will import more high-precision machining equipments. The annual output could reach 30,000 tons iron castings.

The main products will include all grades of grey iron and ductile iron castings. The product types will cover automotive, agricultural, trucks, various machinery, pump and valves, pipe fittings, stove parts etc.

Besides of China markets, our target markets will also include America, Germany, Austria, Australia, Canada, Italy, UK, Spain and Korea etc.

Our mould materials will include green sand, resin sand, hot shell and core pre-coated sand etc.

Currently, the main buildings have been completed, we are planning to start the production in the new foundry plant by the end of 2012.

In order to guarantee the continuous production, we will not stop the normal production in our old foundry plant until the new factory could formally put into production. The new factory will be a large, modern and environmental foundry plant.
