Burners
Gas
burners are the natural gas combustion devices,
which make the natural gas and air
separately or mixed into the combustion
zone to achieve stable combustion. Gas
burners are usually made by cast iron,
especially by gray cast iron.
Gas
burners are the basic parts for
residential gas stoves and industrial
furnaces.
There are a wide range of
cast iron gas burners.
According to the primary air factor,
there are diffusion-type, atmospheric
and non-flame burners. According to the
air supply methods, there are injector
burners and blast-type burners.
According to gas pressures, there are
low, medium and high pressure
gas burners.
Diffusion-type gas burners rely on the
diffusion effect of the natural gas
after escaping from the fire hole,
making gas and air mixture to achieve
the stable combustion. Diffusion-type
burner structure is very simple, easy to
use, the flame is stable. But its slow
burning flame needs to achieve more
complete combustion excess air, the
combustion temperature is low. Diffusion

civilian industrial furnace gas
appliances. Small diffusion burner is
also commonly used for ignition.
Atmospheric burners are part of the air
pre-mixed burners. Natural gas will go
into the mixing tube from the gas nozzle
by a certain pressure, forming a
high-speed jet by negative pressure to
the surrounding part of the air intake,
after mixing in the mixed tube burner
head from the hole to escape the fire
burning. Atmospheric burners have more
complete combustion, easy to use, but
the weights are larger. Porous

Blast burners use all air from the
blowers. So, the combustion intensity
and flame length depend on the mixture
of gas and air. To enhance combustion,
