Ductile Iron and Cast Steel Bearing Support

Bearing support castings are important metal parts for bearing products. Most of bearing supports were made by ductile iron and cast steel materials.

Dandong Foundry produced many ductile iron bearing support castings by material ASTM A536, and some rough steel castings by material mild steel.

As for some simple parts, we could machine them into finish parts, as for complex bearing supports, we just could supply rough castings, or the parts after rough machining.

We could produce metal support castings from several kgs to 1000 kgs. The casting processes include automatic molding equipments, manual green sand casting process, furan resin coated sand casting, and shell molding process.
