Cast Iron Dentist Chair Holders and Brackets
Our foundry produced some ductile iron
chair holders and brackets for dentist chairs. The material is
ductile iron ASTM A536
65-45-12.
According to the different requirements and designs, we produced
them by resin sand casting process for large brackets, and molding
machines for some simple brackets, and shell molding process for
some complex holders and brackets.
Our foundry used the America Dakota Ultrasonic sound velocity
inspector to check the material quality for batch production.
We also produce various cast iron brackets and supports for chairs.
Most of them have been exported to USA, Italy, Australia and Europe
countries.
